Our manager specifically said after they beat us last month that the team lacked physicality and not enough experience! He said the words we have lots of 20 21 year olds and we need first team ready experienced players! He repeated it constantly through the window and here we are 4 weeks later with 2, 21 year olds who I will bet u right now won’t start many games for us from now to may! Lennon has proved himself a puppet and has zero credibility when it comes to our recruitment policy! Lawell has pulled the strings and Lennon has bumped his gums like an idiot in my eyes!
Will always support Celtic but our actions in the transfer windows are Mickey Mouse! Let me ask u this, what if ajer gets injured and jullien picks up a suspension, who do we turn to? El hammed? Nope he’s injured, bitton? Nope he’s injured, Jozo? Nope because he can’t play a half dozen games in a row without stubbing his big toe! No fit left wingers only 1 right winger! This is a huge gamble which may or may not pay off.
We all laugh at Sevco, but as soon as Defoe got injured, they got an experienced replacement who knows how to play in this league (not the greatest player I know, but cover nonetheless) .
The very same evening we lost Johnson long term and Jozo proved what we all know about his knees, yet neither positions have been covered.
It seems we're happy to leave things in the lap of the God's for the second half of the season, which is pretty shocking in my opinion.

If no rabbit gets pulled out of the hat then I have to say I'm pretty disgusted with our transfer window. We've shelled out a decent fee for a striker with a pretty poor scoring record so far and a CDM who tbf looks pretty tidy but will need the inevitable bedding in period. The squad is crying out for a winger and a CB, Lennon was crying out for proven quality and experience, with 45 minutes to go we've got zero of those.

I think we have.
Klimala gives us more options than Morgan did up top. Griffiths looked good the other night linking up with Edouard. If we stick with 2 up front the other 3 must see it as fair game as to who plays with Edouard. I always think competition for places pushes players on to the next level.
Soro will be good cover in the midfield area. Never seen him play but seems athletic and good on the ball turning out from the back.
It would have been ideal to have another centre back in to have 4 natural centre halves challenging for 2 or 3 spaces at the back. Hopefully Elhamed can gain fitness and finish the season strong. He looked very good in every game he played.

I’m 37, and I’m sure many my age used to watch the wrestling in the late 90’s early 00’s. Watching the deadline day is like that, when your sitting watchin the wrestling, and it gets to the last half hour on raw, and your watchin the last fight, then all of a sudden, the music hits, and one of the fans favourite or bad guy returns from nowhere, and all of a sudden your exploded into life and can’t actually believe what’s happening. Something we all need to remember is that we can approach clubs about players and we might agree a deal with the club but the player then says no. We need to realise that not all players want to come to Scotland if there is a chance of playing in the EPL or Championship or another country. It's the way it is so there's no need to blame our club for not trying. As I write this it looks more and more likely that we are done for this window. Can anyone tell me why we don’t sign players who can come in, and take a first team place and improve the side instantly. I know we signed Forster but he’s only on loan, pat the pole Lennie said the other night “ he showed us what he’s about a bit with his pace but he needs to learn how to play with his back to goal”. Soro, probably won’t see him much this year 🙈 most fans agreed on here that we needed players for certain positions . Lennie said all window that he wanted first team ready players, where are they? I’m ready for the usual bull from lawell or the club, jan is a really difficult month for us to do work in but we have secured two potentially big players. Whether jan is hard or not, we needed a good window to push away from them. Also jans a big month for us as some of our most important games come in July or early August . We could potentially be going into these games with maybe one keeper ( bain) where is the planning for that .

Gordon will be off which I don’t think too many will mind which leaves Bain. Bain simply isn’t good enough to be first choice.

I'd say the priority should be a CB, especially if Lennon wants to go 3 at the back because we'd be taking a massive risk by banking on Hatem or Jozo staying fit until the end of the season. A winger would also be good since Arzani and Shved don't seem to be in the plans at the moment. I know Lawwell gets pelters for the way he does his business but surely even he can't see us leave this window with two 21 year olds who aren't going to make a difference to the first team immediately.

I think we will get Wanyama. Would be massive for us in games v Sevco and Ntcham and Soro would learn a lot from him. Even at £25k - £30k a week it would be worth it. Fact he knows manager, captain, FF etc might just be what gives us an advantage over other loan deals. Surely he would rather play somewhere for the next 6 months?

There is no way we can or should pay top dollar for ANY player who is injury prone and hasn't been playing at their club. It would be madness. If we do it and he can't play then the fans will be criticising the club for getting him in the first place. Let's forget the romantic memories of Big Vic, he did well for us and he benefitted because we set him up for his big money move but that ship has hopefully sailed. HH.

Not interested in big Vic to be honest, i was at first but if his injuries and time on the treatment table are anything to go by he will just be another bit part player getting the odd game here and there, a very expensive sick note if you ask me. plus we don't need anyone for the middle of the park now we have recalled the lad Henderson. Our priority needs to be CB and LW, depending how far away Mo is from fitness.

He has rapidly declined not to mention injury prone. We are well covered in that position anyway. We need a LW due to injuries and I would be happy to see another loan brought in that will solve issue.

Our injury list is very worrying because it's not just a wee knock or strain here and there; it's long term lay-offs and several players who are more injured than fit. Right now we are desperately short of central defenders and another left sided forward and as the clock ticks away, it's increasingly important to sort it out with all that's at stake in the run-in.

Think Wanyama is a no go to be honest. loved the big man first time round but feel with broony cal Mac ntcham and Soro we’re well off in there! Would like a winger brought in to be honest! Elyounousi is superb but his injuries mean we mite not see him often! And mikey even though he’s injured now isn’t a first pick for me. would love a winger with experience and a Center back brought in. the way lennon was taking but it looks like we’ll go with what we’ve got! Hope for a couple of late signings but wouldn’t bet on it. u heard anything ED?

With Jozo now out again and Elhamed still injured, I think a CH is our priority if we get 1 more player today. A short term loan will do, just someone who can play without being constantly injured. Otherwise the sight of SB covering in there might happen.
