Would anyone be happy if we have stepped back from Sprorar because we can get Klimala and Shankland in for the same money? Add to that Cohen on the left to replace Morgan/ Sinclair. We would look in a stronger position. Can see Bayo leave on loan. Klimala looks the part on the clips I've seen although that's hard to make a call on, looks mobile and athletic and we all know Shankland is a punt, but he can score goals if given service, so would be a great option from the bench. And the boy Cohen seems like he has a good shot and free kick on him. A bonus would be Soro/ Wanyama ðŸ€HH.

I'll be happy that we've stepped away from sporar if it's true he'd rather go elsewhere I would now question his commitment if he really has said he'd rather go to sporting of course that might all be made up media nonsense 🤷â€â™‚ï¸.

I'd be happy if we signed Cohen and Soro both look decent players and a tidy investment too. Jury is out on Klimala as he's young and not the finished product given the circumstances he'll need to hit the ground running scoring goals as he'll get the fans on his back quickly if we start dropping points.

3.5 million and not a lot of goals there. Polish football is on a par with ours and I'd be aiming for more of a finished article with the money we have in the bank.

I would say Mikey Johnstone has been a lot better than not too bad! He has been direct, creative and chipped in with a goal or two! I agree that Morgan has been decent, but not a stand out. Sinclair should be on the bench before him, and used ahead of Johnstone only in games where we need experience and a more defensive approach.

You are 100% correct, I posted very similar as my first post about 2 weeks ago and was shot down for it. You are pointing out the obvious. We are a seeker team by far this year and across the road are a stronger team. Lack of ambition and arrogance verging on neglectful behaviour from the board. It’s hard to have the positivity when you see what’s transpiring in front of us.
How can we expect Nick Hammond to come in and automatically identify targets who can handle the magnitude of pressure and also have the required level of talent. We need players of a level above reading and wba, no disrespect to his previous positions, but this is massively different! We need better quality witching a more restricted budget, hence the reason for it going quiet. The best way around it I see is to go big (edouard) -young, potential- or go home. HH.
