PL's statement is laughable. Difficult to get deals done happens to us too often, ever wonder why PL? Lowball offers late in window perhaps? Rumours we offered Aberdeeen £3m + Scales and they wanted at least double for Miovski. Also the statement and its delivery tell me that said PL is indeed still a main player and heavily involved in our transfer dealings despite his position. To me after DD he is running the show and should be held personally acceptable for our disastrous transfer windows - summer and January. Think any of us would get away with the "it's too hard" story at work?

Scales has been our only mainstay at CB this season so I'm not sure I believe we made that offer. If we did, you've got to imagine the press would have had a field day.

Miovski will go for more than that after this season. usual we don't see the bigger picture bit like Toney we were told by Barry fry he'd go for millions if we'd signed him but not us we baulk at 5m plus wages. he'll go for 40m now. and they're the business men.

It's a disgrace the money we have wasted on players look at our 2 centre backs for example bought for about £6 million in the summer and the 2 of them can't even get a game yet a proven goalscorer in miovski and we won't pay £6 million it's incompetent and unforgivable the board should hang their heads in shame. If we lose this league they should all step down.

Peter. tell us what deals the club found hard to get done.
Show us the level of the boards commitment and quality of player they tried for.
The boards excuses for failing to strengthen or spend are lies.
Couple of names they tried for would be easy to check and more importantly confirm they have been knocked back.

mally toney came out hiself and says he chose not to come to us because he wanted to be the main striker and celtic could not guarantee him that as we had edouard and griffiths. it was nothing to do with penny pinching.

oldkilly. the lads came out publicly himself and gave reasons why he didny go to celtic yet some people keep saying we penny pinched that's how we didn't get him. its one a always hear to have a dig at the board when its not true about the board penny pinching on him.
