I thought the lad Maolida who came on as a sub the other for Hibs looked lively.
24yrs old, came through the youth ranks at Nice and has represented France at practically every level bar senior.
Can play as a winger as well as cover in the forward position - worth a punt in the summer perhaps? ?

He was playing quite consistently with Nice over a 3 year period but then he started picking up loads of injuries.
The talent is definitely there and he’s a good January signing for Hibs.

I appreciate hindsight is 20/ 20 but why are our scouting team not looking at players like this?
This type of deal, say a loan to buy, ticks a lot of boxes and if Hibs can afford him so can we.

It's another example of teams on much smaller budgets and resources doing much better scouting and recruitment than us this season.

Find it incredible that we slag our recruitment but we think smaller clubs in Scotland have far better recruitment on a 15 minute cameo appearance ?.

Can we not talk about the most important thing in a football ball club’s time cycle the next game .
Or maybe because tomorrow’s is not in the SPL we may not be be paying as much attention to it . In fact with us winning so manny trebles, I don’t think the SMSM have given as much emphasis to either cup competition. In fact Scottish media is even losing interest In SPL as Celtic are winning to many .
If we are to lose another game this season then tomorrow wouldn’t be the worse
If we haven’t posted enough about our shortfall in recruitment by now, I doubt continuing on about it will improve anyone’s understanding.

If celtic had signed an injury prone Nice flop the fans would have been having a meltdown.
