Anyone still think Miovski isn't good enough for us? Had we signed him we would have won today. He could be the difference between winning the league or not. And they would have sold if price was right. Shocking state of affairs. If we lose this league it is down to poor business decisions overriding footballing decisions.

We didn’t have to be Pep feckn Guardiola to know Miovski would have done us a turn and at £5-6m to improve chances of securing £60m was a no brainier.
As the banner at the game today said.

Me. We dropped points. We could spend a few million on Miovski then be complaining next season when we're papped out of Europe and Miovski would be in a list of names and fees thatv we could have put together on a better forward.

There was only one business objective during the January transfer window no long term planning forget resale values just win the next 16 games.
Miovski or Shankhill would have helped achieve that objective.

I don't buy it JFP. Take away his penalties and his record isn't as good. Granted at least we'd have a pen taker. Not sure how much you watch him but his overall game is really lacking. Aberdeen set up a certain way today and it caught us. That's not how I'd want a Celtic side to set up domestically. Ever. Are you honestly starting him over Kyogo?

Kyogo is clearly toiling and we needed to look at alternative options or change tactics and formation and we chose to do neither.

We have a striker far better than either of those but Rodgers does not play a system that utilises his strengths.
