After brendans presser yesterday if jan comes and goes without the quality he wants not coming in. then the board are solely culpable.

A don’t think a lot will come in on Jan mb 2, hopefully quality and def a Cf with Kyogo and Ho going to Asia cup. personally the 1 a think we have missed most is Mooy once up to speed a thot he was excellent for us.

I wouldn’t build your hopes up for the January transfer window gents.
Unsure we’ll splash the cash and if we do even less sure our head of recruitment will spend it effectively.

The confidence, consistency and optimism that was carried forward from the last two seasons is dropping a bit for a variety of reasons. We have come to realize the summer transfer window was a shocker. We've also had a stop-start campaign due to International breaks. Plus several long term injuries (from the very start of the season) , to key players - which really hindered our CL campaign.
The manager has repeatedly bemoaned the lack of quality in the squad, and although it's true, it can't be good for team spirit and moral. There is also a continuing distracting war of attrition between some of the support and The Board. Nowadays I go into every game, more in hope than expectation and PL and his merry men must carry the can and need to rectify whate is in their remit.

Mallythetally . Not exactly . The process works with Board laying down budget and manager listing the type of players he wants . Recruitment team comes up with lists of players they believe to be appropriate. Manager states his preference and then recruitment team tries to get. agreement and deal should be finalised .
If the players on managers list decide to go else where or stay put, it may not be Boards fault . It’s very doubt that us supporters should ever know for certain who is to blame.

Summer transfer window was a shocker with Jota and Starfelt and Mooy leaving abruptly. With long term injuries to Hatate and Abada& CCV plus Maeda, our strong team of 2022/ 2023 has been decimated, with no replacements for these key players, not even the injured players have given us anything.

CC a would ssy Jota starfelt have been replaced but rest your spot on with. of course every team loses key players thru injury but to lose Abada Hatate Maeda all forward thinking players has been hard.
