Kuhn away to Como.

On a bright note the bank balance csc. Will be celebrating tonight ?.
03 Jul 2025 17:24:29
Khun was signed for £2.8M and it looks like he will be sold for £16.3M.
It’s a very good profit considering Khun has only been at Celtic for 18 months.
Khun had a great wee spell at Celtic but we can’t make him stay if he wants to challenge himself in a much more competitive league.
It’s a win-win for both Khun and Celtic.
All the best in Italy.

Ive been waiting on a big fee coming in. that should set the ball rolling for a couple of big signings at least.
03 Jul 2025 17:43:21
I've been invited to Pete's for a party ?.
03 Jul 2025 17:44:05
Yes Como pay 19m euro just over £16m.
03 Jul 2025 17:57:58
Would have been a sell on for rapid Vienna most likely as well.

So, instability before big euro play off. Well done board, letting us down again as we know you won't reinvest.
{Ed007's Note - Instability over a game that is 6 weeks away because we sold a player that didn't want to be here and whose replacement we already have in the door, behave yourself.}
03 Jul 2025 19:00:04
I’m not sure this is instability, looks increasingly like there was more to poor end to season (downed tools when stock high after we put him, of course so did he in the spotlight) than we first thought, went
Missing in old firms after new year skelp, and Celtic allowing him to go shows exactly where we are as a club some fans need to get used to it and see the positives in our club even if it’s a stepping stone a successful place for growth, it’s not a step up so I’m assuming he just wants away, and big swede looks every bit the player and is fit ready to go, let’s trust our manager and club they’ve not given us a reason not too.
03 Jul 2025 19:00:47
Think this helps us getting rid of those who don’t want to be here and get a couple of starters in early, last pre-season and first half of season we were the best in 15 years - document, almost unbeatable during the early stages. I expect the same as Roger’s will have them drilled.

So guys, we have virtually spent nothing so far. Now it looks as though Kuhn is going (Great bit of business in my humble opinion) how much do we realistically think we will spend this window. I know spending doesn't guarantee you success, but I would like the board to show BR that we want him to stick around. I think he will be away next summer anyway, but if we can now go out and part with 25/ 30m that would be a statement.
03 Jul 2025 22:38:29
Celtic spent £39M Euro last season ( €45.6M )
We brought in £48M in sales last season ( €56M )
04 Jul 2025 08:33:21
As ever I'll wait until the window is shut before judging it but we rarely have an actual net spend and we never match the fee received with what we spend on a replacement. So anybody expecting any of that should probably stop doing so now for their own health. I learnt this years ago.

Do you think Nygren will play on the wing? I thought he was a number 10 and that he wasn’t the quickest.
Good player though.

I was a wee bit surprised to read that we had played in the “old firms” last season .
