I'm not writing the man off, I just found it stubborn to try make a team play your formation when just in the door with no time to implement on training ground. That doesn't sound like a manager willing to adapt. I couldn't care about his board if that's how he feels best to communicate his tactics then crack on. I don't mind that he wants to change tactics but wait until you've implemented it in training. Wait until you assess players to see if they can play it. Wait for personnel to come back. Yes saracchi, Tierney and Johnson might thrive as wingback but don't get out wingers to try play wingback when they've been struggling to play as wingers recently lol.
If we are playing this formation what we going to do with our wingers now? I've read not on this but on other feeds about ange lost against hearts and was a success. Yes wn might be successful but ange never tried to change wingers to wingback. Ange just changed tempo high press bought player to suit this. Think memory is going changed from a 4231 to a 433. We moaned Brendan and ange wouldn't adapt selection and tactics in Europe is this what we are going to expect from wn?

Tounetki and nygren were sussed by Martin and benched. as well as changing system he brought back two underachievers and they contributed fek all again. hope Nancys ego doesn't get the better of him as most would have got the results then over a period changed things.
