Was listening to the radio when I was out today and the hosts said they were at a function with WGS.
WGS was telling everyone that the manager Celtic wants is not available until December. They thought it was Bellamy but could also be Knudsen.

Must admit been quite impressed with names were supposedly linked with, my top 3 so far Knudsen, McKenna, Haydn no particular order.

Agree Troy either of those three I'd happily have at Celtic. With all the criticism of late DD has got the appointments right in recent times apart from Lennon in the showers. Although that was more likely a Lawwell masterclass.

If it's true about us waiting until December then my money would be on Knudsen as there league finishes at the end of November.

Agreed Tony when i seen the December thing first person i thought of was the Bodo coach, my only concern is Ed mentioned he would want all his own back room staff, would Celtic pay for the staff he WANTED same with McKenna would he want his own back room staff and the question remains, would Celtic pay for the staff he wanted potentially bring up to Scotland? HH.
{Ed007's Note - My thing with Knutsen - and Hayen at Brugge - is that is it on them or is it the way the clubs are set up? I'm not saying they're bad managers or coaches but if/when they leave the clubs will continue on the same path with just a different coach, like Ajax. Because Brugge do so well with youngsters isn't on Hayen, the recruitment etc at Bodo/Glimt isn't down to Knutsen, bringing them in as manager would improve the first team squad but the underlying problems at the Club would be the same.}

They would be 2 of my preferred options but my reservations are exactly that ED, these are 2 of the best run smaller clubs in Europe so is that a big part of they're managers success, it's definitely a worry but something we'd need to take into account ?.
