This ticket touting our Club takes part in for matches at Hampden needs to stop. Its denying week in week out fans tickets for Semi finals and finals.
Charging between £150-£300 for a pie and a couple of drinks and a £30 face value ticket is disgusting behaviour by our Club.

Agree9 Disagree0

Agree. I never got one. Season ticket since 1987.

Got offered hospitality at £395 from Hampden as I took it for the league cup final last year ( final cost £420) . The only decent thing was the seat. Food service and choice of drinks was the worst I have ever experienced…. in my life! Not just the football. Hampden is an utter dump and is not geared up to take fans.

So won’t be going or watching it.

More disgusting behaviour from Celtic football club. A club out of control, dysfunctional and frankly disingenuous.

I have already written off this season . The toxicIty levels will only rise and the last few games have been dire with a level of animosity that I haven’t experienced since the early 1990’s.

It appears than we are headed down a path of collision as a club and it’s likely to end in tears. We have no board, no leadership, no team…. and the fans are focused on protest.

I don’t blame the fans and they are entitled to protest…. It’s just a shame we are handing the league to another team.

Stop spending, everyone! Stop being mugs!

There a club doing whatevery club does, most tickets will be sold at a ticket price with obvious number of tickets like any event these days having hospitality packages, that’s football music horse racing f1 you name it, if distribution of tickets is a potential issue and people aren’t happy that’s one thing but let’s not kid ourselves on, a section of our support are using the current mood against the club as driving force for there own agenda . As normal fans sth or armchair people need to be wary of supporting this agenda.

Think it happens at every big game at hampden, just don't buy them, the green brigade won't be there or the bhoys, well not as a collective, we need to back the team and let's get to another final.

16 Oct 2025 11:23:18
I agree Mally, don't be mugs and pay over the odds but let's go there and get behind our team. that's the most important thing on the day, not the coffee or pies but the team and beating them.

16 Oct 2025 11:39:48
Here here. I'm in the camp where we should boycott season tickets. The team are crap anyway so no difference in a playing context but would hurt them.

16 Oct 2025 14:15:20
But why throw way the league and cups…. ?

The difference between now and the early 90’s is that we could challenge and win everything…. We couldn’t in the 90’s.

I don’t support given that mob trophies…. Make no mistake the only thing that could pull this team along are us, the fans. Without us there isn’t a lot.

If we continue down this road we will regret it come May 26.

For the record I’m for protesting but not on match days! And…. I feel this board are distasteful, disingenuous and deficient in all levels.

Each to their own opinion and I respect all sides here. It is difficult but giving this mob the league would be a step too far.

Also, as others have said you can’t get rid of a board that easy. You can make people sell shares (banks can if you are in debt) . But we aren’t.

There needs to be another plan and lots of money available to change things at Celtic.

As I say I respect all views but throwing away this season is not something I would condone.

Faithful through and through?

{Ed007's Note - Faithful to what or who?}

16 Oct 2025 18:41:22
Good question Ed. In all honesty I don't know. I say back the team and sack the board.

{Ed007's Note - I think everyone would agree with you on that one mate ?

16 Oct 2025 23:05:50
It doesn’t look that way to me… at least.

If you back the team you need to support them during the most important part of the week… the 90 minutes they play.

Anything else is not this.

I remember round about the time of Seville, there was people advertising Celtic scarf for sale £600 with a free ticket for UEFA Cup Final thrown in as a way of getting round selling for over face value.
What our club are doing now is just legal touting.

17 Oct 2025 22:46:38
Jaa11, the events you talk about being the norm are events that the hospitality takes place at the venue of the event. Say Celtic get given an allocation of 20,000 tickets for Hampden, they are withholding a percentage of them to sell for hospitality packages which is a bite to eat at Celtic Park and a bus to Hampden with a 30 quid ticket thrown in . I don't have a problem with games at Celtic Park selling hospitality but as I say this is ticket touting .
