Here's a thing. If we were 5 points clear of the pack it would be big licks. We're not. We're 5 points behind with a game in hand. There's a bit of arrogance here. I'm not saying we won't win it but we're 5 points below first place?. It's beyond arrogant to assume in the state we're in that well just walk up and take it.

But we will.

Is it not 2 games in hand.

Calm down, it's only November.

It's dangerous to be too cocky as it can come back to bite you but the math says its 5 points behind with 2 games in hand which us us a point in front should we win our 2 games. It's certainly a lot brighter than a few weeks ago.
The number 5 is the key to joy as Hearts are 5 points in front of us having gained 5 points in their last 5 games.

we need to be patient and not arrogant or we could end up celebrating a goal only for VAR to annul in favour of a penalty down the other end of the pitch.

I don't think it's cocky or arrogant to recognise hearts are vain of form that a Celtic mansger board and team got ripped to shreds for, the Celtic team with all its negativity is the form team and the only team that looks like an outright league winner to me.

30 Nov 2025 10:26:22
We are not out of the woods yet and all the negativity has not gone away because we won a couple of games.

Protests are planned for today and will continue I would imagine until the board and Desmond start listening and sort things out.

The appointment of Nancy is a huge risk and if it goes wrong the fan's anger is going to intensify, as will the negativity.

The one thing these discussions or threads show me is that deep down we are all on the same page even though we can be very different in how we express it, I for one am very sarcastic as I thought you might have see from my comment about celebrating a goal only for VAR to rule it out in favour of a penalty for the others.
@Jaa11 totally agree that we are the form team and if all our players are fit and we have a manager in place it is difficult to see any one at the moment challenging us. Rangers I think will be second and after a couple of windows will be a real threat unless the board do something now
@Weejoe here you have the key that the board and Desmond need to start doing something.

This is better than sacking the board and maybe getting something . The Board are not thinking of the future but only of today as I believe are squad is more than capable of winning another treble or two but tomorrow when the Americans get the Rangers firing and another couple of windows getting decent players in we could really find ourselves in trouble and now is the time to act not when we have spent a couple of seasons in the Rangers rear view mirror.

We still have a few injuries, plus we will be changing manager AGAIN and there may well be transition teething problems.
However most of the squad - especially the in-form captain - have the determination and experience of champions, so here's hoping.

Disgraceful if there's more protests and more disruption. New manager doesn't stand a chance because of these so called fans. They don't represent me, I see it today I'll start tearing it up with people.

{Ed007's Note - ??? You better get warmed then, Rocky as there's a protest planned for today and and even bigger one next Sunday.}
