Been seeing few accounts about AGM from people who attended. All give the impression the plan was always to shut down the meeting before there was any chance of putting any pressure on this sad sack of individual puppets and the mini me dictator 'in waiting'.
Can a group of small shareholders make a complaint to the stock exchange or whichever body controls/ oversees business practices in this country? If an AGM is a legal requirement, then surely there must be some rules or regulations that must be followed?
The overall impression is that this group of despicable people will happily damage this club out of spite.

They MUST be removed by any means as soon as possible.

Surely if rules and regulations need to be followed then surely everyone with shares needs to behave like adults and not children. The booing and outbursts from so called fans who part own the club was embarrassing. When someone is speaking you listen then when you speak they listen that's how a consrtuctive converstation works.

A lot of people on here want the board removed but when you their ideas on how things should be run you think wow thankfully the board are in charge and not these fans who think they know better!
We had someone on here wanting a full new team with the cheapest being £11m lol, we'd be a new club twice over if some fan experts were running us?.

Rangers managed to do what we're all hoping for today. Let's hope Celtic follow suit.

We had someone ask a question last year and got ridiculed by the chairman to protect the silent CEO. If the clowns running this circus want some respect then they need to show some. And having some nonentity slag of the fans don't help. Your opinion is irrelevant to most fans, the majority want them gone.

Bhoy88, and it's ok for a proxy to dis the support in his address and for the chair to say "behave"! Jesus's talk about amateur hour and how not to run an AGM.

Is it a constructive conversation telling people they're bullies.

Ross Desmond intentionally put fuel on the fire to get the AGM stopped.
His nod to Peter Lawwell was the signal to end proceedings.

That saved the entire Board the embarrassment and bad publicity of a No vote of confidence in the room plus they didn't need to answer any Questions at the end.
PL hinted there wouldn't be time for Questions anyway.
Talk about defending the indefensible.

To instantly attack the fans at our agm was orchestrated by the board and they couldn't halt it quick enough, it was embarrassing from the boards point of view,
