More on my last post, if it's Tisdale do you think he's done much to suggest his picks have been good enough?
Either away I don't think we could call it WN team.

Tisdale is being set up as a future fall guy by the board.

Nancy's appointment is being attributed to him in the media. My guess is this is so the Celtic board have someone to blame if this appointment goes horribly wrong.

However, we all know that the king maker at Celtic is Dermot Desmond and he is the one were blame should lie if this goes belly up.

I don't get why Celtic appointed Tisdale as head of football operations because he had no previous experience in that role which is now very noticeable.

After retirement from playing football,
Tisdale started coaching non league Bath and then Exeter when they were also a non league club.
He then moved up to Division Two in England with a couple of clubs in Management.
The highest Tisdale Managed was Division One in England and he only last 15 games before being sacked.
He then finished with another couple of Division Two appointments in Management before Celtic came calling.

No wonder Celtic have struggled since Tisdale walked through the door.
I'm more worried now about his W. Nancy recommendation because Tisdale has been hopeless with everything else and he is well out of his depth at Celtic.

The specter of MON will hang heavy over the head of the impending manager and anything less than a 'double' will be seen as failure.
Rivals and detractors are prowling in the shadows waiting for a negative reaction from MON's departure and the new manager will need all the support and assistance he can get on and off the pitch.

I don't think the fans will be gullible enough to blame tisdale if the new guy flops. At the end of the day its them clowns that hired tisdale.

I really truly hope WN does well and I'll support him as we all should do but I as many will have reservations looking at his win stats and goals conceded, just think it's Desmond rolling the dice on the cheap option.
Really hope I'm proven wrong, guess we'll find out soon enough.

For me the blame will lie with the board if the new manager flops, as they will have known it was a risky appointment. Obviously if it goes the other way, they will deserve credit on the appointment.
