Massive rebuild needed I would take not winning league next year but big improvements and good recruitment going forward this isn't going to be a quick fix. Too much dead wood and ones no want to be there. Young welsh and Turnbull buikd team around them.

I suppose it all depends on if there is going to be a restructuring of the club, who is brought in and who isn't.
My own opinion is that with the size of the re-build it is highly unlikely that we will win the league next year. It could be done but I doubt it.

People say the players are there but am not so sure the keeper needs replaced at least 2 fbs 2cbs a winger and a striker . that would suggest the players aren't there. and we need to send the loans back and shift rogic prob Johnson and ralston we don't know about griff, klimala and ajeti not for me julien long term injury eddy and ajer could be away. Christie can go. massive job for the new guy not lennon.

We need about 7 or 8 new players if the one's expected to go leave, and the one's who are not good enough. In my opinion you can kiss goodbye to qualifying next season.

The boost they will get from winning the title by such a distance makes the task all the more difficult. DD must use his financial incentive to get a quality manager with proper backing.

Agreed OAB2, DD is THE man to make it happen. He has the cash as well as the contacts.
The calibre of manager and D. O. F we bring in will set our stall out for the quality of players they can attract.

I'd say we'll need a lot more than that Royjac. The loan players we can rule out of the squad Laxalt, Kenny, Duffy, Moi as well as the players loaned out this season that don't seem to have a future at the club Ntcham, Hendry, Shved, Bayo, Boli. Then the players with a year left on their contracts that'll likely be sold so we don't lose them for nothing and will bring in the biggest money for us Eddy, Ajer, Christie, Griffiths. Will Brown retire? Ralston only a year left too and best he's moved on. Rogic is a wasted jersey. Sell Bitton or keep for one more season? (Kev83 came up with a good suggestion) Klimala needs a loan and regular games to develop. That's without mentioning Frimpong and Elhamed who have already left that need replacing.

No team would pay money for griffiths. Hibs might take him on loan and wait until he's a freebie.

Griffiths was to a lesser extent but will be in his final year nevertheless and not likely to get a new deal. Use Griffiths to get Nisbet or Doig.
