Never thought i would agree with leckie of the *** but he is on the money today.

After beating Thistle i was positive the chants would be pointed out, and you know what its right. That night a section, large by the way, were way out of hand with the IRA stuff. We behaved like the bigots we claim we are better than across the city.

Kilmarnock sadly was not much better. What are these guys, or if your reading please explain, trying to prove? Celtic Park looks fantastic. We have a proper manager and a crop of young players who might emulate the quality street kids (ask yer da! ) and we are leaping forward at a great rate.

As a club we have more songs than any other i know, even a sneaky discreet few rebel songs, why not stick to that? Every Celtic fan knows these people salivate at the prospect of this stuff, so don't give them it.

I agree with you. It does nothing but harm to our image. We have loads of great songs and there are plenty of streets to march on for political issues.

Its defos time to put all that stuff in the bottom drawer. Its all about the football songs for me. Sure, a few can be considered folk songs and don't harbour the attention or aggression as others, and im fine with them. But the more in your face tribal stuff kinda has to go i believe.

And yet he picks Hanley who just doesn't play and recalls Whittaker, who just can't bloody play. Strachan is clearly either trying to lose or just does not have a clue.

I think GS has made a huge mistake here, in my opinion Calum is one of the best players we've brought through our academy in years, and for me is an absolute delight to watch, he has the full package, John McGinn ahead of him is absolute pish, I'm sure Calum will stay focused and wait on his chance, won't be long before Scotland's starting 11 are all celtic players the way our academy graduates are progressing HH.

The thing is though, that the players want to represent their countries - and it just makes me wonder what the hell someone like Strachan is seeing to omit players like McGregor and include the likes of Hanley and Whitaker.

WGS is the reason Scotland never qualified for the last tournament, he should never have been given a new contract, he is like Ronnie, a slave to a system, blind to alternative formations that would suit other better players more, he left out Griffith's and Rhodes and McCormack, when they were scoring freely, but kept picking Fletcher, who was scoring heehaw, he will eventually stumble across a good team when his first picks are injured, or too old, haven't seen the pool, but read he was thinking about Whittaker, surely there must be a younger faster better full back somewhere,?, well I could name a few,

Scotland desperately needs a new manager someone who is willing to give youth a chance and in form players a game on merit. Strachan continues to play players who have let him down in the past no wonder we don't qualify the man hasn't got a clue and the same goes for the clowns running the SFA. Scottish Football needs a massive clearout from top to bottom.

Ronnie might be available soon, right enough, he seems to be managing his latest team the same way he managed Celtic, difference being over in Norway, he is not managing the richest club with the best players, he is being found out, the same was Gordon is being with Scotland.
