Germany is always a good away trip.
Also my preference would be Copenhagen, Ludogorates, Olympiakos or Sporting L.

Bring them on.

Shame we can't get Servco that would be a easy round Lol.

Wolves to see the level we’re at. Love the long trips.

14 Dec 2019 01:48:02
All beatable but definitely a few tough ones in there just shows how important winning the group was I'd like to avoid Bayer or Roma but the way we've performed in Europe we'll take anybody coybig.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Dec 2019 11:18:39
Lads we should not fear any of them we are Celtic and want to pit ourselves against the best. There are no easy teams in a one off game it's everyone final I'm not sure many of them will want to draw us. Just my spin.

14 Dec 2019 19:51:01
Apoel be some trip as are German ones give us the easiest tie glamour can wait.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Dec 2019 10:38:39
I want wolves, a win against an english side would be better than any glamour tie. But bring them all on.

Anyone know if Kouassi is still injured? Was expecting to see him last night.

No idea what the politics are surrounding Shved, but if Morgan is getting in the team before him then there has to be something going on behind the scenes other than the fact he is not the greatest of trainers!?

Believable1 Unbelievable0

13 Dec 2019 15:21:34
I wonder if shved was ever that good. i remember Rodgers being pretty dismissive of him when his signing was in the pipeline last season. By the way he was talking at the time he didn't appear to think he was any better than we already had.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 15:53:46
Thought koassi played for reserves last week but I'd get rid when you see bhoys like Robertson coming through.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 16:56:23
Koussai has been a poor signing regardless of injuries. The young lad Robertson looked a decent player for the future. Definitely let koussai go.

13 Dec 2019 19:16:27
Shved has got to be better than Morgan FS!

13 Dec 2019 19:41:35
My gran is better than Morgan, FACT.

13 Dec 2019 19:48:20
Kouassi is still injured.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 22:10:28
Naw he's not. he's been training for months and played a reserve game on the 2nd of December.

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 23:48:17
Morgan to be honest I wouldn't have him in a Celtic team not saying he is a bad player. Just for me not Celtic class and most certainly not a out and out striker Not sure where Lenny is going with that project Sure doesn't work. I have a theory maybe he is trying to put him in the shop window just like the beggars seem to be doing with a certain player Lol.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 23:22:52
Don't take Rodgers's word on a player😂😂.

After watching last night, I have come to the conclusion that Mikey J is a greedy, selfish little s--, The coaching staff need to seriously take him in hand, show him how to lift his head, how and when to pass, get him in the gym and bulk him up, show him how hold the ball up.
He is a talent, a good dribbler with no direction. We need contributors, not headless chickens.

13 Dec 2019 10:47:08
He will mature into a good player.
It shows he has confidence in his own ability and that he is taking on the responsibility of playing for such a massive club.
Most young players get stage fright and are too scared to show what they can really do. I am happy with his progress and I believe he will eventually be another James Forrest.

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 11:43:22
Leon your talking like he's some wee bhoy of 15 or 16. he's 21 in April.

Agree2 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 12:02:09
Malika20 been saying for sometime now that Johnston is not a team player he wants to do it all himself. You are correct the coaching staff need to have a word with him that it is a team game and that he is not Messi.

Agree2 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 12:17:22
Bit like DiCanio, the only player he could pass to in the team was himself.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 12:19:57
I know your not his biggest fan Kev but I think we have another Forrest on our hands. Their Celtic paths, have so far been very similar, breaking into the first team at 18 and they both have had their progression hindered by niggling injuries early in their Celtic careers.
They are both very direct and with good coaching Johnston could be a star. 🙏.

Agree2 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 14:44:26
I think he has been taking lessons from Forrest on how to be a ball greedy wee rubbish.

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 14:49:25
It a about opinions but if we can't make a player out of him with that ability then we have a problem.

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 16:09:48
Said that a while ago about Johnston. Stop being so greedy simple pass he's got somthing about him
Its up to him and lenny and our captain to show him a better way.

13 Dec 2019 19:44:30
21yr old that's played about 15 full games for first team. He will come good.

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 23:55:13
He can't run with the ball he has to learn that quickly. He kicks the ball 3or 4 yards in front of him and defenders just lap it up if you watch the Cluj game you will see it every time he had to run with the ball easy pickings. He has good close control from a standing position.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Dec 2019 08:17:38
Some nonsense on here
Give mikey time and a decent run - some people slagging him off probably did the same with Forrest
As for Morgan he may not be able to step up but at least the manager is giving him run. Time will tell
Sinky - great 1st season and some great memories but his time is over - he’s had plenty of chances but doesn’t look like the same player.

The schedule is away to Aberdeen at lunch time on the Sunday before we play away in our first leg on the Thursday night. Celtic are away first in the last 32 tie because we are the seeded club.
Celtic then play Kilmarnock at home on the Sunday before we play our second leg at home on the Thursday night.
There is still that chance we could be visiting Rome again.

We can't get Salzburg aindoh, don't worry.

13 Dec 2019 14:54:19
Looks like Salzburg be without Minamino and Haaland anyway so their attack will be massively weakened should we get them in a later round.

Want to dodge wolves and Wolfsburg . And munchen gladbach If they are a possible opponent, they were up when I looked but may have ended up topping their group.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Dec 2019 00:28:10
I would fancy wolves do good against English teams cause they think they've won before you kick a ball bring them on.

13 Dec 2019 09:31:44
Brilliant management by lenny last night full team rested couple of young players blooded especially young Robertson who on that showing could be a real find and we played ok. puzzler for me is griff who had a good game led the line well where was he Sun surely a better option than Morgan.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

13 Dec 2019 10:33:35
mally, the manager explained why grifiths had to be left out on sunday and with the result he was right. i agree with you a half fit griff is better than a full fit morgan. but looking forward we are in a great place. hail hail.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 11:31:21
Anno mate but he could have started griff as he had eddy on bench What s the difference he was using Morgan as a striker.

Robroy67,

C'mon the dugs in the street know we got lucky against the zombies. He wasn't right playing Morgan before Griffiths.

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 23:38:50
DRA1967 were is the league cup right now? sure we got lucky but the fact we have it shows lennon was right. or do you want to hand it back to them.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Dec 2019 11:35:40
Robroy67,
I wouldn't give them the steam of my mince pie. Watched them nick games they shouldn't have won that's football sometimes.
As picking Morgan before Griffiths wasn't the correct choice. The boy is a poor winger never mind a forward. There whole defence got to push up due to the fact Morgan was so ineffective. Over running the midfield. Never happened as much when Eddie came on. That and slippys tactics.

Can't watch Celtic without wanting the best for them. Ntcham, Johnson and Griffiths were only 3 that looked like football player. Defence was brutal. How much money do these fringe players cost us.

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 11:47:36
Defence of Julien Bauer Biton and Boli then Ajer for Julien. Hardly fringe?

Agree2 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 09:28:02
Can't really blame Sinclair as he has been ignored and omitted all season and must feel a wee bit resentful after all he has done? However I can understand NL wanting to build his own team, with it's own style and obviously does not see Sinclair in his plans at all. What I don't get is what he sees in Lewis Morgan?
Money can easily be raised for better players if he was sold or the wages freed-up along with the other guys mentioned by Chinks and Pud,

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Dec 2019 19:42:02
Kwaj,
The defence were brutal. Bauer and Bitton fringe. Big Julian had a bad night. Boli just back so will leave him.
