The story I'm hearing is that our offer is already on the table. Forster's first choice is to play in the EPL, that's why he left after all, be it at Southampton or somewhere else. If that doesn't happen, he'll be back up the road.

If that's the case, I would much prefer a 'keeper who's first choice is 100% Celtic; no second thoughts, regrets, doubts or distractions.

We can’t hang about for Forster to see what options he has. Our season starts in 3 weeks and we need a first choice keeper. Bain is a good back up for me but not a number 1. I’d love us to sign big Forster but if he’s dragging his heels we need to move on.

What we need to do is put a time limit on our offer if we haven't already. Sign by. Or deal off and we move on.
