John Beaton played a blinder for Hearts and Sevco today.
Celtic have had great teams over the years,
I don't think any of them would've recovered from those John Beaton crucial decisions today.
The positive is -
It's another hard away game out of the way and Celtic are not worse off this weekend.
The negative for me, is we have now conceded the 1st goal in 3 of our last 4 away games and we continue to make it hard for ourselves.
The first goal was crucial and Idah flopped badly with his finishing all day.
When Celtic got the penalty, my daughter was wondering which side Idah would go too because he had went right and left in his last 2 penalties.
I said to her,
As long as he picks a side and doesn't go down the middle ?♂️
It is a chance gone but sometimes your hands are tied like today.

We showed come out and say we don't want him near another celtic game just like that mob done with WC. The penalty descions were both wrong alongside the red card. The handball descion he gave was him showing his bias and it will go unchanged by our cowardly Board. He ruined the game as a contest early on.

An awful pen buzz and soft in my opinion but seen them giving. thecred and tbe oen are a joke. youll see that challenge every week he's trying to bring the ball down but deary me that pen is unbelievable. but Robertson has the power to overrule Beaton but chose not to. bad day at the office for var and officials.

He never even got the middle buzz he pushed it to the left of middle allowing clark to get a trailing foot to it . what was also a hard watch was we never had a captain to take hold of the team and push and shove our players on after sending off and goal.

It's worth pointing out that John Beaton didn't make those decisions. Don Robertson called them right on the pitch and then shat the bed when Beaton asked him to review.

We should say publicly that we don't want cheating beaton near any of our games. They can't take any action as they didn't challenge Sevco when they said same about collum.

Robertson gave Yang a yellow card and was 'prompted and convinced' to review his decision and their penalty took an eternity until Beaton found some reason to again influence Robertson, who himself was having his usual blind-spots when we were impeded. These decisions were made as early as possible in order to change the game, but we failed to react with the passion and fight that should have ignited.
