Jimbhoy - it is a litmus test now for our board. Do they stick or possible bust now? With mega millions at stake this season it is a golden opportunity for us to put Rangers to the financial sword and cement our dominance for a long time to come. Or the board can gamble that Gerrard and his staff going will have them implode and go with what we have now.
Do we spend five or ten million in the next window in the hope it is enough to get us over the line? Personally I think we should be all we can be as long as we don't puncture our financial life raft. So far Ange has delivered with Jota and Kyogo plus getting the rest of the hollow shirts from last season firing on all cylinders - we should trust him to take us to the next level. If Ange can get a coupole more £5m signings in and they perform like Jota/ Kyogo then selling them on will be pure profit in a few seasons.

We haven't replaced KT - Taylor is a good back up, Montgomery unproven and Juranovic is a RB.

I agree Auf but Slippy leaving could make a big difference to how they perform both in the period up until they get a new manager in and how their results go once a new manger is in place.

We need to push on irrespective of what they are doing. For too long it seems that we have done just enough to stay ahead, the wheels came off last season partly due to that . If for instance they get van bronkhurst they could actually become better . Push on and leave them in our dust, losing out champions league money will have a massive effect on them. Hopefully roll out the jelly and ice cream again.
