So far in pre-season we've seen Dane Murray, Ben McPherson, Adam Montgomery, Colby Donovan, Ben Summers and Kyle Ure.
One question I have.
Where's Sean McArdle?

We have seen Sean MArdle, he is still very young, and I hate to be seen to criticise any Celtic player especially one so young but I think Mc Ardle needs to improve, he has time on his side and hopefully he will use the time to improve.

Donovan has shown up well as has mcpherson think there's more to come from mcardle.

From what I’ve seen,
I think McArdle has the ability to play a big part in this Celtic team and force plenty of game time.

Big season for Murray as well Buzz but he needs to stay fit.

I think McArdle showed a great deal of composure and ability in the very limited time he has had and hope he will get his chance.

We were flying at the start of last season after a great pre-season. This year looks the same, however, I don't think BR rotates the squad enough, (lack of trust? ) which means back up players lose the fitness/ sharpness gained in pre-season due to lack of game time.
While another 2 or 3 additions will be welcome, We're not far off having 2 players for every position. Another right-sided CB given CCV and Murray's injury record. A versatile winger and I would try to punt Idah and bring in an upgrade.
While you tube can be unreliable, what I have seen of Yamada is very promising. Not as tricky as Kyogo but stronger and better in the air, possibly more suited to Scottish football? Also has pace and can finish. Very hopeful he will be a success.
