What has happened to Holm? With Calmac out, MOR and Bernardo off form is he due a run? He is one who looks to have real talent but for whatever reason it hasn't really happened for him thus far. I'd play him or Kelly ahead of Bernardo. And possibly even MOR who might benefit from being benched.

Holm has only played and scored against Buckie Thistle in our last 20 games, since he was subbed at half time in our home draw against Motherwell in November.
His only other league start this season, was when he was subbed after 52 minutes, in our 6-0 victory against Aberdeen.

The manager has already turned his back on the likes of Turnbull, MJ, Bernabei, Tillio, Kwon, Siegrist, Kobayashi. He also is reluctant to play Forrest, Oh, Holm and Lagerbielke, (plus Abada is away) .
That is almost a whole team deemed surplus to requirement since the season started. We all have similar opinions on our recruitment, but for a decent coach, has he not seen any potential in any of them?
Right now he seems to even prefer Bernardo or young Kelly to Holm.

that doesn't even take into consideration the players currently put on loan e. g. Haksabanovic.

I agree with you in principle, the issue is that we've stockpiled dross and had two transfer windows where we've gone backwards.
Once we have a clear out and bring in the level of player required, the adding two quality signings per window would be ideal.
