Reading about ajer potentially staying for this season if something doesn't happen that he wants, the club could accept a bid but he could reject the move. If he was to stay and not sign a new contract, what would happen? Would it be a case of play him and let him go free or spend the season on the bench for not signing a new contract? Bit of a awkward one, shame its come down to this if the story is true which i doubt but nevertheless it could happen.

Hopefully the big man stays I’ve been on record a few times on the podcast stating would love him to sign a new deal but be moved into CM, suppose the new manager appointment may play a part too.

Id be shocked if he was to be here come first match of the season.
I think the big man will end up at someone like newcastle or a bottom end premier league club.
I think maybe he feels his move should be to a bigger club however in the market these days these lower prem clubs can offer us and him better money than the likes of a milan.

If he stays then play him. No point cutting the nose off to spite the face, he was player of the year this season why leave him on the bench?
