Listening to NLs interview on Sportscene left me perplexed and cocerned that he is not the person for the job.
My reasons were this; he has continully ststed that this is not his team, not playing his type of football and therefore wholesale changes would be needed for next year.
Does that mean Bain, Simunovic, Ajer, Teirney, Brown, Macgregor, Christie, Rogic, Forrest, Edouard, Griffiths, and Sinclair would have to be replaced.
13 players who have been the rock of the team over the last 3 years.
We have seen the chaotic comings and going over the last 8 years from them who shall not be named.
Whilst we have built on consistantcy.
I agree that some additions are nesseccary I disagree that root and branch change is required and by his comments he was saying that these players do not want to play his way.

No that's not what he said at all. People really are talking absolute rubbish at the moment. He meant he didn't want to change style and system so late in the season. he was brought in to get us over the line and continuing Brendan's style was the safest way to do that as everyone knows that way. If Lennon gets the job formation and style will change. he's not going to get rid of the whole squad.

The thing that irks me about lenny lately is the constant harping on about Brendan this and Brendan that! This was and is his chance to come in and say rite Rodgers led us this far but now I’m the man! It’s my turn to lead us and i’ll Do it my way! See this I still fone Brendan before every game crap it’s really starting to get on my nerves! Al be half expecting rodgers to make an appearance today at this point! This is why in my gut i know we need a fresh approach when it comes to a manager! Add some quality in the summer with a new manager and fresh ideas, let’s push on for 9 and 10 and not have this I need to fone this guy and that guy for ideas! Am telling u rite now by the way, and I say this loving what lenny has done for our club as player and manager! But if he’s given the gig full time I see it ending in tears honestly! It's no his team it's the snakes you've answered yourself that's what he's stated what's wrong with that when he delivered the league he stated it was the snakes team and deserved credit. as I've said take a day aff.

I am becoming more and more convinced that there is a number of Celtic fans who would be happier if Celtic were not in the Scottish Cup final. Surel if S C F was of any importance we wouldn't have negativity in the morning of the match .
Many feel that without Cup Final our players could have at least a fortnight longer break and would be in a better state of preparation for qualifiers .
We could ALL have spent this past while discussing the short and long term future of our club without having an annoying cup final in the way.
