The court has ruled that the SFA will be allowed to resolve the dispute between Hearts/ Partick Thistle V The SPFL.
The SFA will appoint a panel to deal with their challenge.
Which means the court also refused the motion by the 3 Champion clubs to dismiss the Hearts and Partick Thistle challenge.
Although relegation could still be overturned, it now looks unlikely.

So with the forster deal looking increasingly unlikely to happen unless there is an unexpected twist it now looks like the 3 most concrete alternatives are joe hart, David Marshall and aek athens keeper vasilios barkas.
Hart and marshall are both available on a free and barkas has reportedly been made available at 5m, I think it will be a toss up between the 2 keepers available on a free as celtic will most likely refuse to spend excess amounts if someone else won't command a transfer fee.
No disrespect to marshall but I don't think he's what we need with this season coming up although some will argue he could be a good choice considering he knows celtic and what's at stake. As for barkas, he would be a good option as a long term option but having a keeper at the back from a European club could be a bit risky with us going for 10.
Forster remains the number 1 hope for me but if we managed to get any one of those 3 above I don't think it would be that drastic, all have decent experience and could do a job for us.
