I wonder if Ed has seen Kris Commons and Lisa Hague dancing on the sun website? And what do you make of it - I seem to recall he loves that couple. Hail Hail.

Believable4 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - Never mind those two morons - wtf are you doing reading The S*n?}

28 Dec 2019 22:03:08
I'm sorry Ed for reading that trash and then trying to get a rise out of you. btw what paper would you say is okay to read - if any.

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - I don't read any papers and try to avoid their online stuff as well - especially when it comes to football - but I'd say The Daily/Sunday Sport is probably the best as they at least have pictures of t!ts instead of having them writing for them.}

McAvennie the Tory reads the sun there's a shocker 😂😂😂.

Think we will win tomorrow but a draw is not a disaster 5 clear going into the break.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

28 Dec 2019 22:11:05
A draw for me is a disaster. We are at home and should be winning. After the break they have lots of home games which they won't drop any points. I just don't trust when we play away. We need this win 100%.

Agree3 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 22:59:02
It's not a disaster but we have a massive chance to finish off an amazing decade for the club.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 22:50:34
Yep we are at home 50,000 thousand or fans perfect playing surface team are playing great full on attack them.
No exscuses lads.

Agree1 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 23:51:02
Not a disaster, but if we dropped two points - just think of the difference in emotions and mood between both camps if that happens?
NL set a target of winning all our domestic games in December - to go eight points clear and the satisfaction, delight and psychological damage three final points of the year will give is so achievable.
All we need to do is pick the right players in the right formation and everyone to do their jobs to the maximum effect.

Agree0 Disagree0

29 Dec 2019 00:14:05
Bhoyo you do realise it's impossible for a football team to win every single game and every single trophy, there will be a time when we drop a couple of points or don't win a cup. I remember reading similar drivel from you before the LCF. Are you old enough to remember what disappointment is? Have you ever seen a Celtic team lose a cup? I'm concerned for your wellbeing when the time comes.

Agree0 Disagree0

29 Dec 2019 09:02:37
@ stevie, and we scraped the lcf as i predicted rangers would be over us like a rash. Oh i remember the disappointment. But surely we should be getting all 3 points?

29 Dec 2019 10:47:12
Now now lads it's still a worry game I always worry about this game it's in my DNA. So do they, yes we have dominated everything for eight years yes we will get beat sooner or later. Its not a final or anything like that it can be sorted down the line it's just this game it makes us go crazy.
They will be bricking it as well.
As I said earlier post
Parkheed,
50,000 + fans
Perfect pitch
Winning run
Holiday in Dubai and two weeks in the sun.
One last push.
As past experience tells us after dubia we are stronger recharged ready to go again.

The title will come down to the derby games this year. Dropping points tomorrow is not an option.

Just watched the results coming in and Aston Villa, who spent £120m in the last window just lost 3-0 to Watford. £120m . What could we do with £120m.

No Hayes for me has to be taylor and in front of him boli as he can help Taylor.
Right back frimpong Forrest and let Christie go wild on them.
Although I like rogic his time is done but games like this is ones he would thrive on.
French edy upfront.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

28 Dec 2019 17:00:52
Not for me. Either go with the way we've lined up recently or throw johnstone in.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 20:35:02
I reckon he will start with Johnston on left and move Christie back into middle of park. Think his team selections up until now are partly to try and keep slippy guessing. I think we will revert back to previous line ups with Nitcham starting on the bench.

For me:

The Wall FF
Frimpong Julien Ajer Boli
Brown McGregor
Christie
Forrest Eduoard Johnston.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 21:09:23
I wouldn't be surprised if he continues with N'cham in the midfield to try and ensure that we get enough possession. Playing Johnston is fair enough if we can get him into the game but in recent games against them they have been quite successful at snuffing out our midfield.
I'm sure that if we get enough of the ball we will win but we can't afford to let Sevco have as much of the game as they did in the cup final.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 21:20:55
if he goes with n, cham its clear to me he is trying to sell him in january. as long as neil gets all the cash then am ok with that, but we know pedro will bank it for the shareholders.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 16:30:06
If they play as well as they did the last game and we don't turn up again we'll lose. If we turn up we'll win no matter how well they play and it's hard to imagine Celtic could be that bad again. That being said I'll take us being honking and a 1-0 win again just now thanks.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

28 Dec 2019 17:04:36
Can't take another bad performance against them. If it is then they possibly are a better footballing side than us. Out the last 5 games with them we have been rotten 4 of them. Time to pump them.

Agree1 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 17:41:21
If Celtic play with the same intensity as we did in this seasons Europa league games at Celtic Park, it should be enough to see us win the match.
The first goal is crucial considering only once in the last 8 Glasgow derby games have both teams scored in the match. It was when Forrest got the winner last season.

Agree1 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 19:20:40
I couldn't care less if we were the better footballing side as you put it. I want to be the better winning side and this team shows time and again that is exactly what they are.

Johnny Hayes isn’t good enough for us it’s as simple as that! It’s actually quite bewildering how he’s somehow managed to be seen as the go to guy when certain positions need filling! I think the fact he’s seen as this trier who gives his all somehow clouds the fact that he’s actually a bog standard football player! Lovely fella I’m sure who’s living the dream of playing for celtic but let’s not kid ourselves into thinking he’s anywhere near good enough for us!

Lenny said he won't make sevco game so no need to worry.

Cory he's been stinking at LB. His last game there it looked like his boots were 5 sizes to big.

28 Dec 2019 12:02:00
So who do u play at RB boli?

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 12:17:11
Eh! Frimpong plays right back!

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 12:24:44
Did he not play lb at sevco game in September? I believe he was one of our better performers.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 12:25:54
Sorry Danny. Meant LB.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 12:33:40
Have to agree cory. He had a very solid game that day. Have to say boli scares the life out of me at times with his defending. And the manager doesn't seem to fancy Taylor at the min.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 12:39:14
Hayes played terrible in the cup final, numerous occasions he played morelos on side and that resulted in a chance for them additionally he let the ball get trapped underneath his feet in the middle of his own box. hayes is an impact player when your looking for an out ball, he's quick and deceptivly strong however he is no where near being a first choice left back for us.

Agree1 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 13:30:59
Hayes only played about 10 minutes in the game at ibrox.

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 13:31:27
I think boli has settled right down and can't remember many mistakes recently.

Agree0 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 13:34:47
Sorry ter was wondering what u meant lol. and Cory no he didn’t play left back in September! He got the last 5 min! So to say he was solid and one of our better performers in a 5 min spell is way off! Bolingoli played left back and had a good game! Yes Bolingoli Has his moments but he was coming on to a good game before he got injured! Like Kaney said, Hayes was terrible in the cup final! Time after time he was caught in possession and looked like a deer caught in the headlights! He ain’t good enough! And if he was a foreign unknown player we wouldn’t be having this discussion! But because he’s Irish Celtic supporting Johnny Hayes who gives his all it suddenly raises the quality of player he is! Not for me lads!

Agree3 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 16:37:43
I have no problem boli at RB as he's settled down quite nicely after a rocky start.
If he made the mistakes hayes has been making he'd have got dogs abuse on here.

Hayes was worse player on the park at hampden and against hearts he was truly shockingly bad.
All he did in September was come on score a goal and he nearly blew that as well.

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Dec 2019 17:21:26
Totally agree kev. its not the lads fault in the slightest by the way and I have a degree of sympathy because he isn’t a left back he’s a winger. its just his lack of quality in the left back position I’ve a problem with. im not naive and know every team and squad needs utility players who don’t mind where they get put in, just think wee Johnny’s actual football ability has been forgotten by some lol. anyway enough of who probably won’t be playing and let’s concentrate on who should be! My team for tomorrow would be. forrester frimpong ajer Jullien boli, brown cal Mac, Forrest Christie MJ and eddy 👍🏼👍🏼.

I assume kev u meant LB. Glad to see l am not the only one to type it wrong.

Hi Eds merry Christmas to use and everyone on the site. For Sunday game I can only see Lennon putting out same formation 4-2-3-1 but have Johnston in and Ntcham out to make it more natural and give better all round balance to the team?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

28 Dec 2019 17:54:39
Would agree with u rich. Feel we need Christie in the central role where he is most effective. After Johnston signing the new contract the lad will be buzzing. Plus nitcham would be great sub to come on if required.
