There is nothing wrong with coming out richer, in fact although not necessarily something that should be targeted, as long as we come out stronger, coming out richer is a bonus . We have over 6 hours left and traditionally many players moves are announced in these last 6 hours, I think maybe we should try to not be too impatient and wait these few hrs until we actually know before condemning or congratulating the Board.

Thanks to recent sales we are short in 2-3 positions especially left back and the manager wanted another winger. The CDM that would protect our defense is another area that may still be pn the wish list for another few months? If at all as the manager is rigid in his formation, player type and philosophy.

Even if we bring in Halland Messi and Ronaldo tonight I would sack every single one of them tomorrow.

If Rangers beat Celtic on Thursday we would be 11 ahead with a vastly superior goal difference and unlikely to lose another 4 games.
So do we play the long game and let them win so that they don't sack the Belgian Waffler.

Thursday is another meaningless Derby game in terms of the title because the league is already over.
Sevco need to win all 3 Derby matches, plus they already need massive help from all the other 10 clubs.

Money men, not men with money. They have little chance of spending much this next window. Austerity is the word in their boardroom.
You cannot expect the same people to loan you money when there is no return for them. 1p shares is just confetti and any businessman with any sense may help out once or maybe a couple of times, if they are a true supporter but more than that is stupidity.
Putting money into something you know is not working, has no hope of working the way it is being run, is grossly stupid.
They should be using the offer of investment to force change in how the place is run. Ignoring the onion bears and the media puppets who demand new players and demonstrate business acumen and show they have a spine.
When the bunnet saved us, we accepted through gritted teeth that it would take time to rebuild the stadium, the business and the team.
We went without for many years. Their board do not have the spine of Fergus to stand up against the hordes for survival and longevity of their club.
If they learned how to run their club properly like ours, I reckon it would take them 10 to 15 years to catch up, maybe more but continuing on this path, they will never catch up.
They are the Scottish equivalent of Juve, its in their nature to cheat and cut corners.

Getting bored of all this talk about whether the gap between us and Sevco has closed every time we don't skelp them.
We don't get this with any other team.
We didn't get it with Aberdeen when they drew 2 2 at Parkhead or 3 3 at last years semi final.
No mention of gap when Hearts beat us twice last year or Kilmarnock who beat us twice.
Realistically we are not going to beat them 3 or 4 every game as we don't beat any team 3 or 4 every game.
The real gap is we have been champions 12 out of the last 13 years.
That's dominance on a par with PSG and Bayern Munich.

Brendan has only lost One game against them from their 20 attempts.
Only One victory, when Celtic had already won the league from their last 14 attempts, tells its own story.
Sevco have not won a crucial league match against Celtic since 2021 and it will be 2025 when we play them again.

In the summer transfer window they again waited until the last minute and unrest from the stands before getting BR the players he had been asking for all month.
In this transfer window BR repeated said he hoped to bring in a striker so the board failed miserably once again.
