How good would it be too see the Welsh Pirlo at Celtic next season! Always liked Joe Allan as a player and maybe an outside chance we could persuade him to sign! That's the type of player we need to sign to compete in the Champions League! Not players like Norwood!

I'm just sick to death of seeing Celtic sign mediocre to very poor players over the past few years now. I understand the excitement surrounding the appointment of BR but unless the signing regime changes then we will still be stuck in a rut. I renewed my season ticket as usual but I better see a few quality and not quantity faces brought in!

He's comfortably better than all 3. Us having a good midfield is a myth. By far the weakest area of our team. That weak that Sevco made us look like a junior team.

As far as some Celtic posters no matter who Celtic sign one careless pass or one bad game and no matter who we sign will be pish . I just pray that everyone is in the form of their lives from early July or the usual mob will post their pish non stop.
Why can we never have a middle ground where a Celtic player can work hard and play fairly well.

I don't think that Celtic will make any big name signings, we can't afford the wages.
A player like Joe Allen would probably earn double at Swansea than he would here, that's the case with nearly every player in the English premier league.
I think Rodgers job will be to develop the players better than Ronny Deila did, and be better tactically.
I'm sure that Rodgers will make some signings but I'm not convinced they will be the star names that some people are expecting, I do hope though that they will be a better standard than we have been buying these past few seasons.

Joe Allan is better than anything we have at celtic his passing movement and all round play is a level above IMO.
