There's nothing to stop us making plans and working on a manager's targets while he manages at the Euros. Man Utd did it with LVG a couple of years ago.

Interesting listening to them talking on the radio about Leicester, and how Ranieri used a system that best suited the players available and that he did not use many players through the season in that way building a unity and understanding in the team, just like Ronnie eh?

Fair point TinyTim lol but it's not a massive issue for the club to speak with whoever and set out a plan to bring in certain targets and carry the plan out while the tournament is underway.
