He's not deemed good enough, the manager won't play him and as a result, his career is stalling.
A team are ready and willing to sign him, he should be sold.

We have no use for the player and I agree he should go, however, once again it reflects how the exit door is usually more efficient in our transfer business. Getting players in the door is our problem.
