Celtic might be paying respect to the lady who passed away by not announcing any signings today or simple no one has signed.

Can't officially sign anyone from abroad until next Friday. Maybe just waiting to announce Bernabei, Souza and Jota all at once ?.

Just ignore all the click bait. Wait till celtic announce it.
As @mikeybjoy said different rules different countries etc.
T takes time. Plus if jota gets signed he's had his rest now he should be raring to get on it.
The other two lads will need a break as has there season not just finished.
