I think there's 3 games left this year. i'm in Cincinnati right now, 2 hr drive from columbus and columbus crews biggest rival, and everyone I'm speaking to say he's the best coach in MLS for last few years. I know it ain't a great benchmark, but we are where we are. They ain't appointing Dick Advocado anymore and we ain't appointing a young O'Neil or similar top manager from the pub league now.

Ur kinda right and to be fair whoever he signs in Jan if he makes Jan are players we need regardless so not much risk if there just better, but the guy isn't making a case for being a good coach etc, when things aren't going good he's showing the opposite.

There will be players signed in Jan that Nancy has never heard of, he might get 1 if his choices.

If he had come in, kept the 433 and during training and subsequent matches carried out a few tweaks to steadily get to his 343 then that probably bought him time.
Instead he went straight into his 343 and look what's happened.
