{Ed007's Note - You're a right wee bundle of laughs today John ? One game at a time. Get Iheanacho into that team, a 2-1 win tomorrow with maybe even extra time but hopefully not ??

haha. just dnt feel confident or good at the moment mate. not seen anything to suggest we have got any fight or that in us it just looks a mess. i think st mirren will get stuck in tommorow and grind out the win.
{Ed007's Note - I'm hoping the players step up, we need our big players to show their worth.}

If he starts the same team as the last 2 games then i'm pretty sure he is at the wind up.

A lot depends on tommorrow. if we win think we beat dundee United as not they'vewon in 10 although unlucky in good few of them but could easily be a draw . sheep at home a win they mosty bottle it at paradise .
livi poor pitch almost usually dire tight games a draw
. motherwell who are playing well . draw but could easily be defeat. monkeys . could be anything especially with Rangers tv aka as var. if we lose I dread the next 5.

Reflecting on the other night, I have to admit that Evan Fergusons first touch was excellent. He controlled the ball and brought their midfield and wide men into the game.
Unfortunately for us that did not happen until ilneacho came on. He has a great first touch which Maeda doesn't.
If Jamsie is fit I would play him in the final as Nygren isn't a winger or a wingback and Tounekti is no longer receiving the ball and taking on his defender. What has happened to him after a good start I do not know.
We need to create chances for our striker, which we have not been doing.
Out wide on either side we have been poor.
Donovan should play as he is right footed and can pass, which is Trustys chilies heel.
We will definitely need to be strong at the back, particularly in the air.
All of our players will need to be on their game, we cannot have any passengers if we want to take home the trophy, and that goes for the Manager and his choices and tactics.

While Thursday night's first half collapse was sad to see, there was a significant improvement in the 2nd half. Get things into perspective. We were playing Roma, one of, if not the best defensive teams in Italy. They were very streetwise and polished in the dark arts of defending. This versus an inferior squad finding it's feet under a new manager/ system.
Sunday it's St Mirren at our 2nd home. We did not score on Thursday but created several great chances and even missed a penalty. Hatate couldn't hit the target from 8yds out. Had he scored to make it 1-2, it might have been a completely different game. With the chances created and missed in the last few games, I get the feeling someone is going to catch us on a good day soon and get a hiding.
Hopefully it will be tomorrow.
