Al say it again where are the young hopefuls from the academy in our hour of need, is there not one prospect that could step up and help us out, clearly the answer is no they'd be as well shutting it down because that's a disgrace feck even sevco have a few helping them.

Our Academy doesn't produce a lot of prospects but when they do, their agents get them moves to so called bigger leagues and convince them their chances of breaking through will be improved if they leave.
How many actually make the step up, very few.
If we had a better route to the first team, some of them like Donavon can definitelyake it.

Uefa/ Fifa need to step in to prevent all our young talent being stolen from under our noses for next to nothing. Even fees/ bonuses for future career achievments would be a start!
I've said before all this 2 players for each position is nonsense. An experienced CB and an experienced ST granted but the rest of the positions should be filled with youth players. The League Cup should be used to blood our youngsters. Things like this in place would hooefully encourage our youngsters to stay knowing they're likey to get a sniff of the first team.

This is the board rodgers the board nancy and the boards fault. why bring youngsters who they won't ever play no matter how good a prosoect they are into this mess . very harsh buzz never expected you to come away with something like that . unless you mean the people who are supposed to look after them . they need delopinging guidance good coaching . structure . what do they get .
average ex players with little or no coaching experience . any player showing promise gets a seat on bench only if needed for euro numbers or the odd 30 mins if its rumoured someone is looking at them then are thrown back into b team and forgot about. very inspiring . are they all good enough So Blame board management recruitment staff 1st team players for our mess but not young boys.

Celtic have a horrific and embarrassing record in the Challenge Cup over the years with the Celtic B team.
Sevco get further every season and have previously reached the Semi Finals.
I don't blame our youngsters because they're not good enough.
I would blame our coaches if Sevco do better than us.
But
I blame the SFA more than Celtic because of the pathetic youth system they have in place.
But there's still no denying the Celtic B team are an embarrassment.

There should be the best coaches available brought in to train and develop the youth players not jobs for the boys the b team is literally being battered every week by milk men butchers and car salesmen no wonder we can't bring any through the coaching isnt good enough the lads might have talent but it needs nurturing.
