Some managers send on their Subs with little paper notes of instruction. That caused a giggle or two at one point but not so much now. Our new Boss shows Calmac a tactic board and gets slaughtered.
And, a paper note would have disintegrated in that Sunday deluge. If that's the way Wilfried communicates then the lads will get used to it. May even catch on and become commonplace.

All he has to do is shout his tactical instructions to a player near the touchline, no need for the embarrassing connect 4 nonsense.

Letterkenny - Managers and players all cover their mouths when communicating. I wonder why? Clearly if instructions are shouted from the touchline the whole planet would know the intentions.

The focus of the outrage shoukd have been squareky on players on tens of thousabd a week who coukdnt pass a ball 15 feckin yards. Or defend two pathetic goals. Or miss8ng three sitters. Or bottling it.
In the first 35 minutes, if Maeda has gis fecking boots on the right feet, would have seen us two up. We played well. Only the Feynoord game was better. We have a goid striker, a real winger, or a technical and strong midfielder, a CB that can actualky pass a ball. We would be a team. Even without them, we should have beaten Hearts. Missed two sitters, gifted them the opener and we folded. This isn't new. Have we forgitten we have shat it against Sevco for a year befire the semi. What went wrong was a repeat of a squad not strengtened. Not one of the new players have set any heathwr alight. Balikwisha is not a winger, i saw that watchibg his vest buts in youtube. He loomed p ish, he's delivered that. We traxjed him fir 18 months. Let that sink in. All of those issues snookered us. Or have I missed all those brilliant performamces? No. Two of the worst came under Martin. We need to close eabks and remind ourselces why we are where we are. If tou think it's Wilfred's board? Havung a feckin word with yourself. Get behind the man. 4 leaf clover, manager's shout instructions from the touchline every game, also at break's in play for injuries and substitutions the manager will have a word with players on the touchline, all that talking behind hands is a lot of cringeworthy crap brought in in the modern game with all that other crap like hand taps for tackles and all that hand up waving crap for misplaced passes and stuff, just get on with the game and man up, no need for connect 4 board's.
