Looking ahead to January there is potentially a massive job to do. We still have to properly replace players who have left, possibly Maeda, Hatate and Yang all wanting to go and the African cup on. We could be down to the bare bones if we are not careful.

Given the new manager is expected in the door next week, I'd suspect that Nancy and his staff will have been looking at all the players and their performances in the games so far this season to date.
He'll know how he wants to set up and play, and which of the current players can be utilused.
Where there's gaps, and I'd expect there to be some, he will have a list ready of the players he wants to sign.
