Is the Nancy delay Celtic driven, teams winning, momentum, helping mask board issues,
Is changing too much of a risk as it's been a success so far …. with Nancy out of season does he need to come in asap …. originally yes but as time goes on I'm not sure.

{Ed007's Note - Since Brexit everyone coming to,the UK goes through the same work permit system as the likes of players from Africa used to have to.
Just like Wanyama needed I'd imagine Nancy will need special dispensation under the "exceptional talent" rules to gain a UK work permit.

Id heard the delay was due to Mr Nancy and his backrooms last minute tweaks to his "back the team *uck the board tifo for Sunday.

Still very apprehensive about the whole thing. After the ridiculous transfer window, the CL exit and the acrimonious departure of Brendan Rodgers; - MON and SM have worked wonders and given the squad momentum and confidence. The timing if not the person is a very big gamble and I sincerely hope we haven't blown it?

My worry is Nancy comes in and reverts to a back 3, which he favours.
I don't think we have the players for that. We would be exposed to fast forwards, which still cayses us problems with a back 4.
As many have said our midfield looks solid once again after a difficult period.
MON has build confidence and the players are starting to settle into formation.
A change against Hearts would disrupt the rhythm we have built imo.
End of the day, he is coming, he will make changes no doubt and we just need to accept it and keep supporting the team.
It is a new era and change is needed as we are stale as a club.

If Nancy is any kind of manager at all I'd be amazed if he came in with wholesale changes to team structure and personnel days before a big game.
He'll have his own style and ideas about what he wants from the players. And he will (or should) be doing his homework on them while the elusive paperwork is being signed.
But unless he's a complete ego maniac he's not going to completely rewrite a winning formula overnight.

His history tells you he is very stubborn about his system. He is renound for being inflexible as BR was, so he will make changes, it is just a matter of how quickly he will want to implement those changes.
