While I am delighted with the 2 new goalies, Idah and Bernado, which of itself guarantees domestic dominance … we are no better prepared for CL than last time. If nothing else happens it would be a clear statement from the board that they are uninterested in the CL so why should I be? And I will not buy CL ticket package should that be the case. I hope that scenario doesn’t play out but the board, by leaving things so late, are playing a very risky game… no amount of excuses will be accepted by the fans, and will in my opinion lead to ugly scenes that will end in their demise!

I have no idea how credible the transfer rumours of players in and out of the club are, it’s all beginning to drive me nuts if I am honest. However if the Kyogo to City rumour has traction and they make a realistic offer I don’t think our Board will be difficult to deal with as I don’t think BR is entirely convinced by Kyogo… his lack of physicality and limitations in holding the ball up and linking the play need to be acknowledged along side his obvious strengths.

He managed to lose 6-0 to the tribute act last month to give his favourite team a wee morale boost …. Bet his team never put in half the effort that day that they did yesterday… so predictable!

I have found this whole ‘song’ drama pathetic on 2 fronts. Firstly, our media’s rush to make something of it ( that wouldn’t have happened if it was the tribute act across the city) , and secondly our own section of fans who have tried to pass it off as ‘it was just a wee ditty about a Celtic legend’… pathetic, it was obvious why they sang about KT at this point in time.
Personally I have found the whole thing beyond boring.
{Ed001's Note - surely the reason the media are making something of it is purely because there is so little to talk about when a team is winning easily? They need controversy and drama to drive clicks and to make people tune in to TV and radio. There is already plenty to talk about with Rangers, and always will be unless they get into the position you are in, so of course they won't bother with it if it was them. It is not about bias, it is about desperation to finally have something to make a story from.}
