On this date 20 Years Ago,
I took my 4 Year Old Son to his first game against Hibs.
My first mistake was taking him at this time of the Year and my second mistake was taking him too early in the freezing cold.

I took him on the public bus and we got there about an hour before the game started and we hung about the Superstore trying to waste time before the kickoff.

John Hartson scored the opener just before halftime.
But he wanted to leave at Halftime after I got him a massive Yorkie Bar.

We got to the Forge waiting on the bus and we heard 2 roars a few minutes apart.
We were only on the bus about 10 minutes and I thought I heard Celtic were winning 3-2 on the bus drivers radio but it was only 20 minutes into the 2nd half.

My Wife gave me her phone for Emergencies and I phoned home to ask her the score and it was 3-2.
I couldn't believe we missed 4 goals because we had not long left the Stadium.
I looked down at him and he was only halfway through his Yorkie Bar.

The 2 cheers we heard were Hibs goals to go 2-1 ahead and then Celtic also scored 2 Quick goals to go 3-2 up and that was the final score.

{Ed007's Note - I always associate Yorkie with my dad Buzz - and it's still my favourite chocolate, my sis n law gets me a Yorkie Easter egg every year - but when I was wee and went run in the lorry with him sitting eating a Yorkie in the cab made me feel 10 feet tall ?? The young 'uns won't get that.}

They're half the size now.
I remember his was 33% extra and it took him ages to finish it.
It's the little things Ed which makes the best memories.

{Ed007's Note - ??
