I think Ange should send Gucci back to the place he bought him from.
I did it with a toy I bought for my dog from Amazon Prime. No matter what I did, new batteries, tightening up screws, even the odd squirt of WD40, it kept breaking down. So I packaged it up and filled in a form saying unfit for purpose and they sent me a new one. It works great and the dog loves it.
Ange should do the same, you never know, he might get a free replacement.
