I wonder i ange can speak Japanese or Chinese because he knows his Asian players and they seem to know him they must hold him in high regard its amazing the talent he spots them as scotland a massive move for these players but they want to come so it's good for us it's looking good.

from what he's said in interviews he can't speak japanese, he was asked about the differences between here and japan, and he said being able to talk directly to players, without the need for translators, was a big diff for him.
