When the dust settles and the anger and disbelief subsides, all we can do is hope the new regime works for all concerned and we move forward? However, does anyone know if Lawell (in some capacity) , Kennedy and WWGS will still be at Celtic Park next season? Personally I really hope not.

I’d presume that Kennedy and strachan will definitely be there, just due to the point over Howe where it was mentioned about his back room team. Plus if it is the Aussie ( if he can get past his coaching badges problem) they will say he needs people that know the league etc etc.
Looks like we are stuck with them .

@onceabhoy - from a personal point of view my anger has never subsided and with recent events, has in fact intensified.
The only way my anger at the board will subside is if they deliver a top manager, back resolution 12 and go public with rangers being a new club.
Failing that they all need removed immediately.

That's what worries me Quinn; they were part of a sacked managers backroom and when they took over first team duties we went from bad to worse due to many of the same mistakes and trends being repeated. The players need a total change of routine and direction as apart from lacking ideas, there were also fitness and stamina problems. There is a staleness and repetitiveness that needs flushed out.

I think if it is the Aussie guy, he should be allowed to come in, and vet his own coaching staff, I think he, or who ever it is, should come in as a new broom, and sweep away the old dust, forget about having someone, who knows the league, beside him, just for the sake, of having someone who knows the league beside him. Let the rest of the league worry about us, just put together a team that is good enough to compete in Europe, and that team will be more than good enough for the SPL.

Looks like Ange Postecoglou won’t be joining Celtic as he doesn’t have the coaching badges that are required to coach in Scotland.
Here are two names to throw into the hat for our next manager: Nuno EspÃrito Santo ex Wolves. Christophe Gaiter ex Lilie manager.
They board have to get this appointment right as the forthcoming season is massive as we HAVE to win the league to put the Manky Mob back in their box.

If this pro licence is true that's even more egg on the clubs face, s. who the f. vets these people. this is an utter disgrace and a disaster waiting to happen. anything for DD to save money now especially if its a yes man he was after. DD can now say well I did try to get a top class manager but. so he will think he gets a free pass.

In my opinion, whoever now comes to be our next manager he must be allowed to bring in his own staff. Kennedy for me has to go. Go away be his own man and who knows maybe somewhere down the line come back but right now for me it must be a clean slate. I kinda feel sorry for strachan, he was brought in only a short time ago so who knows exactly what he does or doesn’t bring but for me Kennedy has been around a long time now, surely even he feels now is the right time to move on elsewhere, not like brown, step away from the club and get a taste of something new elsewhere.

Sorry Ed. what i meant was howe would have probably been paid a fortune and would have been given a sizeable transfer kitty. now DD won't need to spend as much as I don't think this other guy will have as much pulling power as what howe would have. unless there is another surprised outcome on the way.
