Ed or anyone, is a 12 month rolling contract the norm for football managers? Wouldn't think it would give players confidence in signing if a manager might only be around for a year.

I would have thought that notice could be given today to finish one year from now, he would continue to work until then unless asked to leave earlier with garden leave or suitable comp
But like all such matters only a few people will knock W the exact details, seams a very one sided agreement for one who apparently does what PL tells him.

Yep the only exception being Rodgers 2nd contract. That's why we got so much compensation from Leicester.
