It's a good question JFP and I'm sure we've all got suggestions/ favourites even.
I honestly don't know the answer, anymore than the next guy on here but what I do know is that what we have right now, from PL to NL (inc John Kennedy) has been a disaster this season and it's getting worse.
New CEO for the day to day and a new structure for the playing side for both 1st and youth set ups.
The guts needs to be ripped out of this Club with new, better, professionals brought in with far higher standards than those that have been served up on the cheap this season.

Definately Ralf Rangnick for me as manager and in charge of all football operations, without interference from the other boardroom members.
Nothing against Eddie Howe, but we need a bigger name than him.
We could have a massive rebuild on our hands and Rangnick would be a top choice.

Agree DRB, a D. O. F and manager is the way forward.
Base the footballing model on teams around Europe in countries/ leagues with similarities to ours.
But here's the kicker, do it right, don't pretend or set it up to fail - that's the acid test.
