£5m seems a lot for Paddy McNair. It would appear he hasn't managed even close to completing a full season in his whole career. At 24 that's a bit concerning as we play best part of 60 games these days.

I agree BrassHand. I wouldn't pay anywhere near £5m for a bit part player.
In 46 league games last season for Boro he only played the whole 90 minutes in 5 matches and 4 of those games were the last 4 league games. He wasn't injured through the season, he was just not good enough to get a start.

averages 13 games a season , rogic would call him sicknote, why knock back turnbull then pay more for guy who has never played half a season In his carreer, rather see Henderson or mcinroy get those games.
