Right question for you lot.

When a new manager comes in a lot of people say it's like a clean slate and everyone has a chance to impress and stake a claim for a place in the squad, even if they have been in the wilderness with the last guy.
Is there anyone who in anyones opinion could do that for our club next season.

I think there is a player in Eboue Kouassi and he could still make an impact.
Anyone else?

Arzani, Kouassi, Ralston and Bayu will all have a perfect opportunity in pre-season to make an overdue breakthrough and it's a great chance for Hendry, Hazard, Miller and Morgan to make or break their career?
Looking forward to seeing Shved in action after hearing good reports and maybe a glimpse of Okoflex and Dembele as well to see what they can offer if they get a chance?

I know he’s going away but I think Scott Allan was never really given a chance I think there is a player there.

19 May 2019 13:35:32
Yes I think he definitely can also Kev.

19 May 2019 13:36:37
Although I want a new RB brought in, I think Ralston can be a player for us too.

Danny mçgrain deserves a chance 🤣🤣.

Kev83 you should ask tesla369, he will give you every reason why any candidate should not be appointed and why it should be Neil Lennon.

Also if there are any double glazing salesmen on forum might be worth while giving tesla369 your number. I think he is looking for a set of new Windows all he goes on about window this and window that.

Philtim I actually wanted Clarke and stated this several times but maybe your reading limit had been reached by then.

19 May 2019 15:44:24
Funny how Ferguson and McCoist want Lenny to be the next permanent manager.

19 May 2019 16:22:55
Tesla369 lol don't lie, Lennon this Lennon that. Your more than happy to turn a blind eye to his abysmal cup record and shocking transfer record because he signed 1 or 2 good players.

19 May 2019 16:44:02
Maybe discussions about Lennon happened more often because he is the current manager?

Doesn't mean I wanted him.

Funnily enough all our managers have had poor signings

Lennon actually had a better transfer record than Rodgers lol and even people who hate Lennon recognise this.

Even Rodgers, who was still using Griffith's, lustig, biton, Izzy, forrest etc who all came through under Lennon.

19 May 2019 16:59:45
Tesla369 yes your right bangura, pukki, Boerighter, Balde, Mouyokolo, kapo, Juarez, Brozek and Du-Ri were amazing players. Thank you Lennon.

19 May 2019 17:06:58
Tesla369 and who says Lennon had a better transfer record that's nonsense. He signed 45 players and for every 1 good player there was an average of 2 bad players. Rodgers had a 1 to 1 ratio so that blows that theory out the water.

Could bring up a list about any managers.

Rodgers - Mulumbu, de Vries, hendry, toljan, Bayo, Benyu, gamboa, kouassi, compper, Morgan, musonda etc

And in a few years add guttman and perez to that list.

Thanks Brendan for these amazing signings.

19 May 2019 18:19:20
But still better ratio than Lennon no matter what you say.

20 May 2019 00:33:33
Half his team were Lennon's, the other half was deilas

Ntcham, Sinclair and dembele his only signings who dominated a place in the side

Gordon, lustig, Tierney, Izzy, boyata, simunovic, ajer, Forrest, rogic, McGregor, Armstrong, brown

None signed by Rodgers and his main players

He made 3 or 4 solid signings.

Lennon built an entire new squad and some of them still in the side 8 seasons on.
