So they have backed him, but if he loses on Sunday then when he goes then they all go with him. Tidsale on holiday mid December before the transfer window are you kidding me.

Tisdale has been on holiday since he arrived. For all the hype around him before he arrived, he has brought absolutely nothing to the club.
If he had anything to do with our choice of Manager, that sums up for his eye for talent, so he should leave when Nancy goes.
They are both choices of a board totally out of touch with the current football landscape.

My biggest worry is that Tisdale and Nancy are still here in a fortnight when the transfer window opens.
We need both replaced pronto.

Tisdale is being set up as the patsy.
His name has not started appearing in the media per chance. If you think about this logically, you never heard his name in the press, other than when he was appointed.
However, recently he has been getting much more coverage in the press. First there was the story about how he recommended Nancy. Then we were told about his influence in recruitment. If you were unsure of the sources of these stories, it became clear today.
Today there was a story from Stephen mcgowan saying all our problems started with tisdales appointment. If you are not aware, McGowan is a source used by our board to put stories into the public domain.
My guess is tisdale will be sacked soon and he will be the one getting the blame for all the boards terrible decisions. So don't be fooled as this a deliberate ploy by the board to pass the buck.

Joe, they don't need to pass the buck, Tisdale has done this to himself. Who has he taken in that has been a success. The guy is invisible.
The board cannot lay the blame at his feet aline, as they took him in. It all lands on them.
They are out if date, out of ideas and seriously out of time.

Tisdale didn't take in anyone according to Desmond, that was all down to Brendan Rodgers.
19 Dec 2025 18:25:25
Tisdale will have made recommendations to Rodgers who would then have said yes or no.

Nice of you to prove my point that tisdale didn't take in anyone.

Who can we believe Joe. BR said he would see out his 3 year contract, he also suggested he didn't authorise all the players taken in by the club, and in a later interview he said he had final say on them all, which DD came out and said also in his loveletter to BR.
We then have our CEO saying all the board love our club and want the best for the club and want us to be a world class club and then they take in a Manager with 4 years, yes 4 years experience in America and Canada, cand try and sell him as the next Guadiola.
At this time, there is no one at the club who we can trust to tell us the truth.
DD appears to have the board raising the drawbridge and putting their fingers in their ears to shut out the noise from the fans, who are watching their club spiral out off control.

On the matter of signings I believe what Nicholson said as he didn't have an agenda when he said it.
Nicholson claimed it was a multi pronged process and no single person was in charge. He also said that if things were above budget the board had to sign off on it.
