Cheating Beaton lived up to his name today and helped Sevco avoid defeat.
He was far too eager to give Celtic players yellow cards but allowed sevco players to commit similar fouls without being booked.
This had major impact on the second half as our players were far more cautious.
In addition, he gave them a questionable penalty, which brought them back into the game. Not only that if it had not been for VAR he would have played a pivotal role in their disallowed second goal.
While I am disappointed not to take all the points today, I am pleased that our fate is still in our own hands. Need 6 massive performances and the league is ours.

He got all the big calls correct until Walsh made him change his mind with the farcical dive. They had 1 hand on the League trophy today with a win. Im confident we will gub them big time at home and win all our remainihg games if we can play like the first 45 minutes today. Keep the faith!

He got so many “ smaller” calls wrong they contributed to Celtic not getting the deserved win, just as much as the big calls . He had booked so many Celtic players for very little, yet didn’t give frees against Sevco for bigger . I saw M O’R pull out of tackle early in sec half to avoid a card . Beaton changed game by many Celts afraid going into tackle, whilst Rangers players could tackle without worry.
{Ed007's Note - The Kuhn booking was bizarre, Beaton was pointinf as if he had made numerous bad tackles that nobody else had seen. I think Sutton said the ref got Kuhn mixed Kuhn up with CCV who could have been booked but showed a certain cuteness to make his stand early doors.
