I was asking my daughter who's a police sergeant why Celtic fans were issued with fines yesterday and she assures me it was jobsworth traffic wardens who were issuing the fines and that the fines will be rescinded .

the police could have easily told the traffic wardens no but they would have been directed by the police to do so. total and utter scum.
