Fair to say Agne has won us over so far with his positivity and enthusiasm and outlook but let's hope the board back up his ambition coz seen a lot of past managers portray ambition but get no backing so they knew he is a strong character so let's hope they don't break him HH.

We don't need a manager who has to rely on the board to back up his ambition, we need a manager who can motivate the players to fulfill his ambition, we don't need a cheque book manager, we need a manager who can turn a pig's ear into a silk purse, we need a man manager who can identify potential in the youth players, and give these players a chance to fulfill their potential, and if that means going against all things that are holy by dropping a few older more experienced, better paid players, so be it.

Well wim Jansen did it with henrik and we got a lot of other like Lubo but if the board don't back up the manager we can't expect ange to find penny players they days are gone imo we need to get the board to back up Agne ambition. an it's looking good but u can't wave a magic wand HH.
