As for who we should get it, to me it's obvious, forget wingers, strikers midfielders, it someone like Kolo Toure (spelling) did under Brendan, to sort out the defence, a calming influence from an experienced talented centre back at the wrong end of his career, Julien is ok, but their is a frailty there, Ajer is not a midfielder, and I don't think he is a centre back either, there must be someone like a Franc Sauzee out there, who could be brought in, so that Julien can learn of, that Ajer can understand how to play in that position, the job of a centre back is to defend first, everything else is a bonus.

Toure played about 3 games and selled one at Motherwell but he could dance 😅.

Ideally a CB that's quick, strong and dominant in the air as our weak link is with set pieces. Maybe with Barkas in goal we will defend them a bit better as he's meant to command his box well. As good as big Forster was he was far too flappy at crosses into the box.
